    1. Departures and returns:

      • All rental pick-ups are on Thursdays or Fridays, with no price difference whether you pick it up on Thursday or Friday.

      • All returns are on Mondays or Tuesdays, with no price difference whether you return it on Monday or Tuesday.

    2. Rental calculation:

      • After the first weekend, each rental automatically includes full weeks until the next Monday or Tuesday.

      • The price is calculated based on the number of weekends you have the vehicle in your possession.

    3. Price reduction:

      • You receive a 25% discount starting from the 3rd weekend and for all subsequent rentals.

    4. Late returns:

      • Wednesday is reserved for preparing the vehicle for the next rental.

      • Late returns on Wednesdays are possible but will incur additional fees.

  • Please check your junk or spam folder to ensure our communications are reaching your inbox.

  • After submitting your reservation online, our team will process your request as quickly as possible. If your reservation is approved, you will receive a confirmation email. If it is denied, you will be notified and refunded.

  • A text message will be sent to you to determine your arrival or return time.

  • Yes, however, the cancellation policies adjust based on the number of days remaining between the cancellation request and the vehicle pick-up date.

  • Sorry, we cannot proceed with the car rental without presenting your driver's license when picking up the vehicle. We cannot accept copies or photos. However, if you wish to add a second driver to the contract, their presence and driver's license are not required. A copy of their license will be sufficient.

  • No, for safety and space constraints, our branch cannot allow the parking of your personal vehicle.

  • No, it's not allowed to go to the United States with the rental car.
