Free of charge

Cancellation made 14 days prior to the vehicle pick-up date will incur no additional fees.

30% penalty of the total rental value

A cancellation made less than 14 days before the vehicle pick-up date will result in the loss of the reservation deposit (30% of the total reservation amount).

Modification

For any changes to the dates before your departure or during your rental, please contact us. Here are the conditions that must be met for a date change to be possible:

Condition number 1

Your request for modification must be made 4 days before the vehicle pick-up date. Your 30% security deposit will be retained for any cancellation made less than 4 days before the vehicle pick-up date.

Condition number 2

The modification request must be accepted by one of our representatives.

​

Condition number 3

The rate for the new rental period must be equal to or higher than the initially paid rental rate for the selected period. (Example: If you rent in the summer and transfer the dates to a busier period, the rate may be higher for an equivalent number of days).
