Departure
Rental departures are exclusively on Thursdays or Fridays between 9:30 AM and 5:00 PM, without exception. At the time of departure, the primary driver must be present with their driver's license. Please note that a paper copy will not be accepted. The primary driver is also required to sign the rental agreement. Additionally, if the rental is for 2 weekends or less, the remaining balance and a security deposit of $1000 must be paid.
If the rental exceeds 2 weekends, the renter must inform us if they wish to settle the balance through weekly bank withdrawals. It's important to note that the first payment begins at the time of rental departure, along with the $1000 security deposit.
Return
All our rental departures take place on Mondays and Tuesdays between 9:30 AM and 5:00 PM. Additionally, it is possible to return the vehicle on Wednesdays, subject to additional charges. Between 9:30 AM and 3:00 PM, the fee is $75, while between 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM, it is $100.
Upon returning the vehicle, the fuel level must be the same as at the time of departure, with the tank filled to its maximum capacity. If this policy is not adhered to, a $30 fee will be charged to the customer, in addition to the cost required to fill the tank to its full capacity.
