Request processing
When you book online, you submit a reservation request. This means that the rental is not confirmed until one of our representatives has accepted the request. The requirements for acceptance are as follows: a valid driver's license from the primary driver and, if applicable, the second driver, as well as valid insurance proof if the vehicle renter wishes to use their own insurance.
Reservation request receipt confirmation
An automated predefined email will be sent upon receipt of the reservation request. To complete the reservation request, please fill in all required information fields and make a payment of 30% of the total reservation amount online.
Acceptance or rejection of reservation request
If your reservation request is accepted, a predefined email will be sent to confirm your reservation. However, if your reservation request is rejected, an email will be sent to inform you and you will be refunded.
