30% of the total amount of this reservation must be paid at the time the reservation request is made. Therefore, when you make a reservation request, you must immediately pay 30% of the total cost of this reservation. This typically serves as a deposit to secure the reservation.

After paying a 30% deposit at the time of booking, the remaining 70% must be paid either at the time of departure or through weekly automatic withdrawals if the rental period exceeds three weekends, until the full payment is completed.

The refundable security deposit of $1000 is taken at the time of your departure.
