STEP 1
Choose your departure: Departures for all our vehicles are exclusively scheduled on Thursdays or Fridays. The price remains unchanged whether you choose a departure on Thursday or Friday.
Choose your return: We have established our rental return days on Mondays and Tuesdays. It is possible to return your rental vehicle on Wednesday; however, this option incurs additional fees. The price remains unchanged whether you opt for a return on Monday or Tuesday.
Wednesday return *Additional Fees: Between 9:30 AM and 3:00 PM, additional fees amount to $75. For returns between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM, a fee of $100 will be charged.
Note: Starting from the 3rd weekend, a 25% discount applies to the remaining rental period.
Step 2
Personal Information: Please complete the required personal information to finalize the reservation.
Driver's License: Please provide a copy of the driver's license for each driver who will be driving the vehicle. Note: The vehicle rental is valid for 2 drivers residing at the same address.
Proof of Insurance: If you prefer to use your own insurance for the vehicle rental, we ask you to provide us with proof of insurance.
Step 3
Payment in Chronological Order:
1. At the time of booking: Reservation Deposit - 30%
2. At the time of delivery: Payment of the balance of your reservation - 70% or weekly payments under certain conditions.
3. At the time of vehicle pickup: Security Deposit - $1000
4. 7 days after the end of the rental period: Return of the security deposit.
At the time of booking - 30% of the reservation balance
The reservation deposit is the amount to be paid by the renter at the time of booking the vehicle. It totals 30% of the total cost of the reservation. This step secures the rental dates for your exclusive reservation.
At the time of delivery - 70% of the reservation balance
The payment of the balance is the remaining amount to be paid by the renter to finalize the reservation of a vehicle. It totals 70% of the total cost of the reservation. This amount is payable at the time of vehicle pickup. Note: For all rentals exceeding two weekends, it is possible to make weekly payments via automatic withdrawal.
Security Deposit Deduction - At the time of delivery
The deduction of the vehicle deposit is an amount of money left as a guarantee to gain access to the vehicle you have rented. The security deposit is $1000. The deposit is refundable seven (7) days after the end of the rental if all contract conditions are met. The deposit may be used in part or in full to settle unpaid installments, repairs to be made, or any other sums required by the Centre Automobile du Québec.
Step 4
Contract signature: At the day of the departure you will have to sign the rental agreement. This signature confirms that you understand and accept the terms and conditions of the rental.
Automatic Bank Debit: The amount of your rental will be debited from your bank account every 7 days. The first payment will be made at the beginning of your rental, followed by the remaining number of payments. For example, if your rental lasts 4 weekends, you will make 3 weekly payments.
